Going solo in private practice was the first leap.

Going from solo to a group practice, or scaling the one you've already built, is the second.

The work is different at this stage. You're not just doing assessments. You're hiring other LEPs, managing referral pipelines, building systems that don't depend on you, and protecting margin while volume goes up. And you're doing it without much of a roadmap, because there aren't many people in our field who've actually done it.

This retreat brings twenty LEPs together to work on it in the same room.

After 16 years as a school psychologist and public-school administrator, Jana founded Mind by Design and has grown it over the past six and a half years into a two-location, seven-figure assessment and intervention practice. Through Empower LEP, she now coaches and mentors aspiring and practicing licensed educational psychologists in building the clinical practice and business they actually want.
